Planning a Group Ski Holiday

Planning a group ski holiday can be an absolute nightmare. You have to get together all the equipment that a ski holiday requires, you have to book the flights and the accommodation and you have to make sure that everyone in the group is available at the same time. If you’re going on your first group ski holiday there may be trouble with mixed abilities, you won’t know exactly what equipment you will need and you won’t know much about where you’re going.
The equipment is really up to you, but if you’re going to a good resort with a good ski school as you will if you go for a ski holiday in Alpe d’Huez for example, then the teachers will be sure to tell you exactly what you need, and there will certainly be good equipment shops available to you whilst you’re there.
For the rest of it, it could be well worth using a ski travel agency to guide you through the process such as Eclipse Ski (www.eclipseski.co.uk) Not only will they know the best deals, and the best places, but they can very well help you organise the whole process leaving you to worry just about the skiing, and having fun: and after all, that’s what a ski holiday is all about isn’t it?
